Come Monday, he'll be home ! Tuesday Amanda flies in and Thursday night Sam gets home ! My little heart is doing summersaults already
A couple weeks ago a new customer came by the house to see some of my birch paintings. She had one in mind that I had sold awhile ago. And she ended up commissioning a a large painting- that I'll start after the new year. We live with my paintings all over the house. She saw Tuquoise Waters in the kitchen and fell for her. Tomorrow I'm delivering it to her. Turquoise Waters reminds me of our time in Sanorini- I'm going to miss her when she's gone.
You are rolling along and out of NO WHERE a SNAFU hits and blast you. And it carries over into the next day....A bad bad day.
The only thing finally bringings me around is this a pot of southern compert collard greens with red peppers dashed through, and some Holiday tunes. Thank goodness for comport foods and Holiday tunes ! and a dusting of snow.
The studio is offically closed until January. I can not wait to get back to painting. The winter months are when I paint for me., and I'm most productive. In January I'll move back in to my old studio, we found nasty black mold and now that has been removed now its time to organize it and get back in. Until then I will construct pasinting in my head and hopefully making notes on them-before they are lost.
And in a couple weeks both son and daughter will be here. enough said.
